Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled on BuyADog. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. General policy
BuyADog primarily accepts cryptocurrency payments. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are considered final once confirmed. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Before payment confirmation
If an order has been placed but payment has not yet been confirmed by an admin, the order may be canceled. In such cases:
- The dog listing may be released back to the marketplace
- No refund is required if no payment was received
3. After payment confirmation
Once a cryptocurrency payment has been confirmed and the order is marked as paid:
- The dog is locked and marked as sold
- The transaction is considered final
- Refunds are generally not issued
4. Exceptional circumstances
In rare situations (such as listing errors or fulfillment issues), BuyADog may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:
- A partial refund
- A full refund
- A replacement listing or store credit
Any approved refund will be processed in cryptocurrency and may be subject to network fees.
5. Incorrect payments
Buyers are responsible for sending payments using the correct wallet address and network. BuyADog is not responsible for:
- Funds sent to an incorrect address
- Payments sent on the wrong blockchain network
- Loss of funds due to user error
6. Chargebacks & disputes
Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be charged back. Any attempt to dispute or reverse a transaction outside the platform may result in account suspension.
7. Contact & resolution
If you believe your situation qualifies for review, please contact us before or immediately after payment confirmation. We aim to respond promptly and fairly.
